Spoonbill Villa overlooks a fresh-water lake, is located on Spoonbill Landings Circle and has a fabulous view of sunrises from the glass enclosed & climate controlled Lanai or the open air deck.   

The 1,482 square foot Perico Bay Villa features cathedral ceilings and all furnishings were brand new in the summer of 2007.   There is a queen size bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the guest bedroom, plus a queen size Futon on the lanai.

If you’re a golfer and/or beach lover, both are nearby.  There is a lap pool (heated) at the club house plus a neighborhood pool (heated) and spa overlooking the lake.  Shuffleboard, horseshoe courts and lighted tennis courts are also available at the clubhouse.
