Minimum Rental Length is 1 month

January - April             $3,000 per month

May - December         $1,740 per month

Additional Fee’s:

            $500    Security Deposit Required

            10.5%  Florida Sales Tax

If you are a 1st time visitor, the Spoonbill Homeowners Association requires an application be submitted with a $100 non-refundable fee.
