  January – April                   $2,900 per month

  May – December              $1,700 per month

Additional Fee’s:

            $500    Security Deposit Required

            10.5%  Florida Sales Tax

            $210    Cleaning Fee

If you are a 1st time visitor, the Spoonbill Homeowners Association requires an application be submitted with a $100 non-refundable fee.
