The very first thing everyone notices immediately is the exceptional view Spoonbill Villa offers!   The Villa overlooks a fresh-water lake and the lush tropical landscaping that Perico Bay Club is known for.   Throughout the day you’ll never tire of the view and will enjoy watching all the different birds, some of which will stop and sun themselves on the deck.

The atmosphere of a relaxing & quiet tropical island lifestyle encountered as soon as you pass through the gates and onto the grounds of Perico Bay Club is further enhanced by the elegant, yet casual and comfortable furnishings of Spoonbill Villa.

No matter where you are located within the living & dining area, there is always a great view of the water.

Within this area there is a glass-topped oval table with comfortable seating for six, along with a couch and two chairs with ottomans.  The setting is perfect for any occasion from formal dining/entertainment to an evening of relaxing and watching the 32” LCD TV.

The main living & dining area opens into our ‘favorite spot’ of the entire villa, the glass enclosed / climate controlled Lanai, which in turn opens onto the open-air deck.

On the Lanai you’ll find a seating area of 4 chairs; perfect for visiting with friends, reading and/or enjoying the morning sunshine with your coffee.  Plus, there is always plenty of bird activity to watch and it’s not uncommon to have bird visitors sunning themselves right on the railing of the deck.

Also located in the Lanai is a Futon, should you require some extra sleeping space.  There are glass doors between the Lanai and main living area which can be closed in the event someone wants to watch TV and others want some quiet time and/or privacy on the Lanai.

The open-air deck overlooks the water and lawn chairs are provided for use here.  In the event that you like to sit out on the deck but don’t want to be in direct sun, there is an electric operated awning that can be extended.  On warmer days, extending the awning also helps to keep the Lanai area cool and comfortable.

For a longer term tenant, this truly is a home away from home!
